Returns & Refund Policy
1. Right to Cancel In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for Return Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for health supplements if:
The items are unopened and unused.
The original security seal is intact and has not been tampered with.
The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any bottles or containers where the seal has been broken, even if the product has not been used.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at email with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with a photo of the package for a free replacement or full refund.
